Seventeen years ago, I was one of the earlier London refugees to Bruton, then a lesser known rural town on the Somerset, Wiltshire and Dorset borders.
Whilst still consulting as a corporate business growth strategist, I fell in love with our surrounding farmland, landscapes, woodlands and ancient landmarks. Increasingly, I yearned for my life and work to become more interrelated with nature – harnessing its nurturing and healing powers that connect me, my family and my community.
I began studying ancient spiritual traditions not only evident upon Somerset soil, but practised in every corner of the globe for over a hundred thousand years - what we today loosely refer to as Shamanism.
Training with Eliana Harvey in an Andean female tradition known as Shamanka, I qualified as an advanced Shamanic practitioner and teacher. I sustain my ongoing development training with psychologist and medical anthropologist, Alberto Villoldo, and with Marcela Lobos of the Four Winds Society.
I also incorporate Shamanic Reiki, Acupressure, Crystal Healing and Sacred Oils into my own practice.
Together with my fellow practitioners we hold introductory Shamanic healing workshops in the Bord Hall, an eco-studio in Bruton with beautiful acoustics for sound bathing and drumming. In the warmer months, we hold sacred sharing circles around our woodland fire pit beside the river Brue.
Combining my earlier counselling training and coaching practice of over 20 years, I am training with International Master Trainer, Rowena Beaumont, in the technique of EFT. Emotional Freedom Technique is a solution focused, short term therapy whereby results are achieved in a short time.
After over 20 years of working as a business coach, an area of EFT special interest to me is supporting people in mastering some of the human challenges of setting up, running and growing a business - such as limiting beliefs, clouded vision, procrastination, anxiety & stress.

I am a holistic and spiritual companion to those at end of life, as well as a support to their families and loved ones.
I was privileged to train with the founder of Soul Midwifery, Felicity Warner, and to join this international movement of carers, therapists and enlightened authors on gentle and compassionate dying.
I support all beliefs and none.
